Thank you for joining our survey program which gathers information on the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic on children and their family. The Wave 3 survey data collection expired on July 2, 2021.

An NT$100 e-voucher will be sent to all eligible participants by email or SMS message before July 16, 2021.

We will announce on the KIT website when reward points you earn by completing the Wave 3 survey have been given. You can log in the survey system to check your points balance and your e-voucher information.
