Thank you for joining our survey program which gathers information on the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic on children and their family. The Wave 3 survey has completed its data collection, and an NT$100 e-voucher was sent to all eligible participants by email or SMS message on July 12, 2021.

You can log in the survey system to check your points balance and your e-voucher information.

There is no expiry date for the voucher. To redeem your voucher, please follow the steps at https://kit.hdfs.ntnu.edu.tw/CN/FAQ.aspx

Also, please notice that:

1. Participants who completed the questionnaire on the online survey system will receive the e-voucher within two weeks via email;
2. Participants who completed the questionnaire by video conferencing or telephone interview will receive the e-voucher within three weeks via SMS message.

Therefore, please pay close attention to the email or SMS message you receive from us. Thank you!
