Thank you for participating in our survey program on the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic.

The Wave 4 survey completed its data collection on August 31, and an NT$100 e-voucher was sent to all eligible participants by email or SMS message on September 8.

You can log in the survey system to check your points balance and your e-voucher information.

There is no expiry date for the voucher. To redeem your voucher, please follow the steps at https://kit.hdfs.ntnu.edu.tw/CN/FAQ.aspx

1. On September 8, prizes were sent to the Wave 3 survey lucky draw winners. Please check your personal email or SMS message if you are on the winners list.

2. The Wave 4 survey lucky draw is coming soon. Please follow our official website or our Facebook to read more details.
