Terms and Conditions of the Wave 4 Survey Lucky Draw

• Family participants, including parents and their children at elementary school, are entitled to take part in the activity if they have completed the Wave 4 survey.

• Draw date: Sept. 14, 2021 (Tue.)
• Number of winners: 10 adults and 5 children
• Prize: An NT$200 e-voucher
• Winner selection: Winners will be randomly selected by computer from all valid entries.
• Result announcement: Winners will be announced on the KIT official website and Facebook. However, their full names won’t be displayed.
• Prize delivery: Winners will be notified by text message. The KIT project will send the e-voucher to the email address or cell phone number that each winner provides. If the winner cannot be contacted within 14 days of notification, we will withdraw the prize from the winner.
