Family participants are entitled to take part in the activity if:

(1)The study child was born between April 1^st, 2013 and March 31^st, 2014, and

(2)Parents have fully completed the survey for their 5-year-old/6-year-old child.

Terms and Conditions of the 15^th KIT Lucky Draw

• Family participants are entitled to take part in the activity if:
  • The study child was born between April 1^st, 2013 and March 31^st, 2014, and
  • Parents have fully completed the survey for their 5-year-old/6-year-old child.
• Draw date: Oct. 16, 2020 (Friday)
• Number of winners: 15
• Prize: two storybooks and a stationery set
• Winner selection: Winners will be randomly selected by computer from all valid entries.
• Result announcement: Winners will be announced in the KIT official website and Facebook.
• Prize delivery: Winners will be notified by text message. The KIT project will send the prize to the mailing address that each winner provides. If the winner cannot be contacted within 14 days of notification, we will withdraw the prize from the winner.
